Return policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return (online sales only, IN PERSON SALES ARE FINAL)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom Made Orders
Custom made orders are non-refundable for any reason with no exceptions. We take pride in creating items for our customers to exact measurements and design as requested. Our goal is to provide the perfect fitting outfits, but sometimes this requires a second or third fitting upon arrival of your garment. This is a normal process of purchasing a custom made garment. 

No additional alterations fee will be applied to the customer if Show-Off Desings took the measurements when the order was placed. There will be an alterations fee applied to the customer if the item does not fit that was made to customer provided measurements. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and/or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not accept returned items for refund. We do accept on a case-by-case basis items to be exchanged for another item. Please contact us with any issues to discuss options available. Once the item has been returned, will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved.
